▸ Position Description

The Business Development Executive will lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new businesses; develop and maintain effective key customer relationships as well as ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities. You will help our organization remain competitive and grow by identifying and acquiring new accounts that will have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company. An ideal candidate will have 1 – 4 years’ experience working as Business Development Executive in IT product or service -based organization.

▸ Roles & Responsibility

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’
    objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Liable for global business development and lead generation for: Website
    Development or Mobile Apps Development.
  • Generate leads and build business

▸ Required Skills

  • 1 to 4 Years direct sales experience
  • Graduate/Post Graduate from any stream. A certification or degree in Sales and/or
    Marketing will be additional advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have sales /marketing experience in IT -Products OR Service – based companies
