▸ Position Description
We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end
development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a
combination of programming skills (PHP, HTML/ CSS, and JavaScript) and aesthetics
(understanding element arrangements on the screen, the colour and font choices, and so
on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content
management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design will be
preferred.
▸ Roles & Responsibility
- Develop websites, e-commerce stores, CRM systems and custom web solutions
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into
operations and activities
▸ Required Skills
- Joomla, Opencart, Magento etc. third party PHP software experience is a plus.
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session
management, and best development practices - Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming
and web application development - Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
and budgets with business acumen

- BE/ B.Tech (CE/IT/EC) OR BCA OR MCA OR M.Sc IT/CA OR M.E/M.Tech (CE, IT, EC)
